Dr. David Scheinberg
Dr. David Scheinberg (Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, NY) is a physician-scientist who specializes in developing targeted immunotherapies. At MSKCC, where he’s been since 1986, Dr. Scheinberg helped create eight different therapeutic agents that have reached human clinical trial, including the first humanized antibodies used to treat acute leukemia. As a published author of more than 250 papers, chapters and books on his extensive research, Dr. Scheinberg has received several awards for his work, including the Doris Duke Distinguished Clinical Science Professorship and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Translational Investigator Awards.
